Add a blank page to a PDF

Choose a PDF and add blank pages wherever you need room: for notes, a page to sign, or a chapter that starts on the right. It all happens on your device.

How to add a blank page to a PDF

Choose your PDF, or drop it on the box above. Blank pages are already chosen.

Type how many blank pages to add, up to 100 at each place, and choose where: after or before a page, at the start, at the end, or after every few pages.

Select Add pages, then download the new PDF.

The right size, every time

A blank page takes the size and turn of the page before it (or of the first page, at the start), so it lines up with its neighbours, even in a file of mixed sizes. You can choose A4 or US Letter instead.

A blank back for every page

Choose after every 1 page, and each page gets a blank page after it, the last one too: print the file double-sided and every sheet has one printed side.

After every 2 pages puts a blank page after each pair, and so on.

Your file never leaves your device

The blank pages are added in your browser with qpdf. No file or file name is sent to us or to anyone else. Bookmarks, links and form fields keep pointing at the right pages.

A file protected with a password opens once you type its own password on this page.
