Extract PDF pages
Choose a PDF, type the pages you want, and get them as one new PDF: a signed page from a contract, a chapter from a book. It is made on your device and never uploaded.
How to extract pages from a PDF
Choose your file, or drop it on the box above.
Type the pages you want, such as 2, 5-7.
Select Extract pages and download the new PDF.
How to type pages
Separate pages and ranges with commas: 1-3, 5, 8- means pages 1 to 3, page 5, and page 8 to the end. Type all for every page.
The new file holds each page once, in the order it has in your file, whatever order you type them in.
Your file never leaves your device
The pages are taken out in your browser with qpdf, a PDF library that runs on your device. No file, page or file name is sent to us or to anyone else. The tool itself loads only when you start, so the page stays fast.
What the new file keeps
Pages are copied exactly: text, images and page sizes are unchanged, and nothing is added, not even a watermark.
It keeps the bookmarks of its own pages, the document's title, its filled-in form fields and its page numbering, and links between the pages it holds. A link to a page left out is removed, so nothing points nowhere.
How large can the file be?
It depends on your device's memory. If the file is too large for your device, the tool says so before it starts, rather than letting the browser close the tab.
A file protected with a password opens once you type its own password on this page, and the new file has no password. We never get around a file's protection.
Need several files instead?
Split PDF: one file per range, or a new file every few pages, as one ZIP
