Delete pages from a PDF
Choose a PDF and type the pages to remove. The pages left are saved as a new file on your device, and nothing is uploaded.
How to delete pages from a PDF
Choose your file, or drop it on the box above.
Type the pages to remove, such as 2, 5-7.
Select Delete pages and save the new file with the pages that are left.
How to type pages
Separate pages and ranges with commas: 1-3, 5, 8- means pages 1 to 3, page 5, and page 8 to the end. Type all for every page.
At least one page has to stay, because a PDF cannot be empty: if you type every page, the tool says so.
Your file never leaves your device
The pages are removed in your browser with qpdf, an open-source PDF library built to run on your device. No file, page or file name is sent to us or to anyone else. The tool itself loads only when you start, so the page stays fast.
What is kept
The pages left are copied exactly, in their order: text, images and page sizes are unchanged, and nothing is added, not even a watermark.
Bookmarks to the pages left are kept. Bookmarks and links to the pages you removed are taken out, so nothing points nowhere. The document's title, filled-in form fields and page numbering are kept too.
How large can the file be?
It depends on your device's memory. If the file is too large for your device, the tool says so before it starts, rather than letting the browser close the tab.
A file protected with a password opens once you type its own password on this page, and the new file has no password. We never get around a file's protection.
