Rotate PDF pages
Choose a PDF, pick which way to turn it, and turn every page or only the pages you type. It is rotated on your device and saved as a new file, never uploaded.
How to rotate a PDF
Choose your file, or drop it on the box above.
Pick a turn: a quarter to the right, upside down, or a quarter to the left.
Leave all to turn every page, or type the pages to turn. Then select Rotate PDF and save the new file.
How to type pages
Separate pages and ranges with commas: 1-3, 5, 8- means pages 1 to 3, page 5, and page 8 to the end. Type all for every page.
Your file never leaves your device
The rotation runs in your browser with qpdf, an open-source PDF library built to run on your device. No file, page or file name is sent to us or to anyone else. The tool itself loads only when you start, so the page stays fast.
What is kept
Only the turn of each page changes. Its text and images are not redrawn, so nothing gets blurred, and four quarter turns bring every page back to where it started.
Bookmarks, links, form fields and the document's title are kept, and nothing is added, not even a watermark.
How large can the file be?
It depends on your device's memory. If the file is too large for your device, the tool says so before it starts, rather than letting the browser close the tab.
A file protected with a password opens once you type its own password on this page, and the new file has no password. We never get around a file's protection.
